Scheduled for completion by 2011, the Pine Ridge Mountain's Resort Centre
will be the Heart of the Community!
Outdoor Pools and Hot Tubs: Located off the walkout level of the Resort Centre with access from the Fitness Facility, the pool will provide lots of fun in the summer sun! Surrounded by over 3,000 square feet of patio space, this great amenity will be the ultimate place to relax and drift away! Enjoy the Towel Service, relax on the lounge chairs or take a ride with the kids down our waterside! We will also feature two spacious hot tubs built into our pool deck that will be open year around!
Spa: Also housed in our Resort Centre will be a Rejuvenating Day Spa. Enjoy the singles or couples massage along with a host of services to relax and recharge you.
Lake Windermere Park: Built next to our Resort Centre, this 16-acre Park with feature 4 Tennis Courts, 2 Beach Volleyball courts, as well as a Sports Court with a fire pit that can be converted to a skating rink in the winter months! Our pathway system will also wind its way through this spacious park!
Fitness Facility: A world-class Fitness Facility will be built overlooking the pool and will feature views of both Lake Windermere and the Rocky Mountains. This State-of-the-Art facility will be surrounded in oversized retractable windows and will be outfitted with a host of professional quality equipment and free weights. Flat screen plasma TV's, steam showers and surround sound systems will provide the environment for a great daily workout!
Pathways and Trails: Pine Ridge Mountain Resort will feature approximately 7 kilometers of interlocking pathways and trails (Click here to view). These trails are constructed of a gavel base with a crusted limestone top. The limestone which has bonding properties, forms a hard packed crust while still appearing natural in its environment. The pathway system has been expertly planned to follow the Ridge and upper elevations of the Community with a multitude of access points. At present just under 2 kilometers of trails have been completed at Pine Ridge Mountain Resort.

Incorporated into our storm water management system, this spectacular Waterfall Feature will bring life in our community. Cascading over huge boulders and into a stream system, the sounds of this water feature is sure to bring calm to the laziest of lifestyles!
