Invermere, B.C. – With summer in full swing we look back at a busy spring in Invermere. We opened our Sales Centre on the May long weekend with help from the Columbia Valley Bighorns Football team.  Balloons, hot dogs and great music were highlighted with over 150 people through our sales centre.  You can find us on Main Street, Invermere at 1010 - 7 Avenue. We are now open 7 days a week.  Hours of operation are 9-5 Monday to Saturday and 10-4 on Sundays. During the months of July and August there is a SITE TOUR OFFICE located up at the development for personalized site tours.  Check in at our downtown sales centre for directions. 

 

Sales and site tours have been brisk with close to 50% of our Phase IIA Lots sold or reserved.  We released our Phase I Townhouses this past spring which have also been selling well.  Ten of our first 26 Townhomes are sold or reserved. We have received a Building Permit and have begun site preparation.  These luxury 1,700 sq ft townhouses are by far the best value in the Valley and are nestled on one of the best sites at Pine Ridge Mountain Resort.
