Phase I - General Information

The first phase of Pine Ridge Mountain Resort consists of 59 single-family cottage lots that will be a minimum of 600 square meters with sizes ranging up. The average lot will be about 60x120.

The first phase will also include 26 townhome units, of which 20 will qualify to participate in a professionally managed short term rental pool, which will provide investors with the ability to offset their debt servicing costs as well as enjoy organized events and maintenance. “These units will allow owners restricted use including liberal off-season usage and sometime during peak seasons,” explains Vice-President Jon Dick. “This allows owners to share in the revenue to offset the cost of the property, and if buyers require more usage, more can be bought.”

The spacious townhome units will be 1,600 square feet, and the Villas will range from 1,450 to 1,550 square feet. The one-level alpine villas, which overlook Lake Windermere, feature two bedrooms with a huge deck, optional outdoor kitchen and three-car parking.
