Our villa-style apartments will be kept to a density equivalent to the neighboring town, assuring you of a quiet and restful stay in Pine Ridge. Further, the villa at the mountain lake will be created to be ecologically friendly, preserving as many of the 100 foot tall natural pine trees as possible in the construction of the project.

Our planned amenities include a recreation center with first class health club/gymnasium, meeting center, tennis and volleyball courts, boat cochere (storage), playground equipment and more. Further, if you own a town home in the development, or other Statesman master built resort communities, you will have access to an optional rental pool.
