Townhomes - Rental Pool Program

Professionally managed by the Professionals at the Statesman Corporation., an optional rental Pool Program is available for a limited number of townhomes at Pine Ridge Mountain Resort.  As this is a true shared revenue pool (equal revenue portions regardless of vacancy) owner usage must be done on an equal basis. To do this the year is broken down into seasons with a limited amount of owner use in each season. The balance would be available to be rented to the public. High season being the summer months, mid-season for the early and late golf season and ski season which would encompass the late fall and winter months. 

Our estimates on the amount of revenue that would be generated for the owner should provide enough to offset debt servicing costs, condo fees and taxes.

This is a great program for those who would like to acquire a second home/resort property but aren't able to use it on a regular basis.  When you are ready to use your mountain home on a more regular basis, you can remove it from the rental pool.*
